Steps and precautions for using an electrostatic flocking machine

One startup safety confirmation

**Before powering on, first confirm that the power switch controlled by the electrostatic generator panel is in the OFF state.

**Before powering on, confirm that the foot power switch of the electrostatic generator is turned off: that is, the foot must be in the released state.

**Confirm that the gear position of the panel gear adjuster of the electrostatic generator is in the 0 position before powering on.

**Before powering on, confirm that the power indicator light on the panel of the electrostatic generator is not lit.

**Before powering on, confirm that the high-voltage output line of the electrostatic generator is connected to the power grid of the flocking box. And check that there is no conductive connection between the high-voltage line and the power grid. Confirm that the surroundings of the iron grid are clean and free of electrified objects, especially people.

**Before powering on, check that the grounding connection of the electrostatic generator is intact, safe, and effective.

Preparation for startup test

1. Connect the power plug to a safe and undamaged power socket, and the power supply must be 220V.

2. Check if the power indicator light is already on.

3. Check if the power meter points to 220V.

4. Rotate the gear adjuster to check if the gear is effective and safe.

5. Ensure that all personnel are away from the power grid and there are no people around. First, adjust the gear to 1st gear -3-5-7-10 and press the foot switch to check if the static discharge in each gear is normal. If there is a sound of silk and no ignition, it is considered normal; If there is a phenomenon of sparking and stringing, you should look clearly at the place where the sparking occurred, then turn off the switch, unplug the socket power supply, and connect it to the power grid with an insulated object * * wire to eliminate residual electricity. Then adjust the height and distance between the static electricity grid and the sparking point.

6. Put the fluff into the flocking box, step on the foot switch, and see if the fluff is flying up well.

Three precautions for flocking work

1. The planted product must be fixed or supported by an insulating object. The distance between the fixed or supporting object and the length of the flocking product must be at least 50cm. Make sure that the supporting object is insulated.

2. Confirm that the spray glue of the plant must be evenly distributed and not slip.

When flocking, it is necessary to ensure that the plant is 15cm away from the electrostatic grid and must not be approached.

4. During the process of flocking, the flocking operator must slowly rotate the plant to ensure that the flocking is evenly dense at all angles. But never approach the power grid within 15CM to avoid electric shock.

Precautions for the completion of four flocking operations

After the flocking is completed, first turn off the power of the electrostatic flocking machine and turn on the light. Turn off the foot switch and adjust the gear to 0.

2. Unplug the power socket and completely disconnect the power supply. And roll up the power cord.

3. Clean up conductive objects and fluff on and around the iron mesh. To avoid neglecting safety during power on next time.

4. Clean the residual fluff adhered to the electrostatic generator, and clean the residual fluff in underground and other places.

5. Roll up the foot switch and place it properly.

6. Move the electrostatic generator away from the power outlet as much as possible.
