The key factor affecting flocking density is that we have always encountered situations during flocking processing where the flocking density is sometimes insufficient or uneven! In fact, by focusing on the following points, these problems can be solved.


a、  The impact of fluff: Different fluff treatments from various manufacturers can also affect the effect of flocking, including hand feel, density, and of course, this is also related to the material.


b、  The voltage effect of the high-voltage generator, also known as the flocking machine: This has been tested by experts. Generally, the higher the voltage value, the faster the flocking speed, and the higher the density planted in the same time. So generally, if you find that the flocking density has become thinner, you can first increase the voltage to see the effect. It should be emphasized here that the flocking machine is generally placed in a well ventilated and obstacle free place! Some flocking machines can generate heat and affect performance if left on for a long time. Moreover, it is relatively safe to place it in an open area.


c、  If it is a flocking production line, then it is important to pay attention to the distance between the high-voltage grid or electrical board and the plant. The distance here refers to the height distance between the plant and the high-voltage network, generally controlled at around 8-10 centimeters. It can be adjusted according to the actual situation. In general, when the voltage of the high-voltage generator remains constant, the distance between the high-voltage grid and the plant is about large, and the flocking speed slows down. If the walking speed is not controlled properly, the density of the output will be low or uneven.


d、  The amount of down fuzz on the plush production line in the market is currently over 80%, which is done from top to bottom. Therefore, the amount of down fuzz must be sufficient. Otherwise, even if the voltage of the plush machine is turned on high, there is not enough down fuzz to produce high-density products. Generally, it is better to control the amount of down fuzz more. At the same time, the indoor situation of the plush can also be observed. If the amount of down fuzz inside is foggy, the effect is better. If the amount of down fuzz is uneven, it will generally affect the speed of plush production. As long as the speed is appropriately slowed down, high-density products can also be planted.


Sometimes, when we plant new fluff, the inside is very even and the speed is relatively fast. But after recycling the fluff, it was found that the flocking density became thinner when the speed was increased. This is because the conductivity of the new fluff is relatively good and has been debugged by the manufacturer. After recycling now, the conductivity of the flocking decreases when you plant it again, which will also affect the flocking speed. If you continue to plant at the same speed as new flocking, the flocking density will become thinner.
