Introduction to electrostatic flocking process:

Electrostatic flocking is a new production process that utilizes the physical properties of electric charges that repel each other and attract each other, causing the fluff to carry a negative charge. The object that needs to be flocking is placed under zero potential or grounding conditions, and the fluff is attracted to the plant body by a different potential and accelerates vertically to the surface of the object that needs to be flocking. Due to the adhesive coating on the plant body, the fluff is vertically adhered to the plant body. Therefore, electrostatic flocking is a new production process that utilizes the natural properties of electric charges.

According to different flocking products, choosing the appropriate flocking method can generally be divided into three types:

1. Flocking machine assembly line flocking: This flocking assembly line can automatically complete the gluing, flocking, drying, and floating removal of items in one go, such as flocking cloth, leather, paper, non-woven fabric, PVC, vacuum formed sheets, sponges, various handicrafts, toys, automotive plastic parts, storage boxes, automotive sealing strips, decorative strips, vacuum formed boxes, cardboard, calendars, couplets, New Year paintings, and packaging gift boxes for flocking printing.

2-box flocking: Make a flocking box according to the size and shape of the flocking product, place the fluff in the box, turn on the power, so that a high-voltage electric field is formed inside the flocking box. The flocking product is fed into the box from one end, and after three to five seconds, it is removed from the other end of the box after flocking is completed. The finished product is dried or air dried.

3-nozzle flocking: Connect the power supply, generate tens of thousands of volts of high-voltage static electricity through the flocking machine, and output it to the working nozzle. The fluff in the nozzle carries a negative charge, and then spray adhesive on the surface of the plant. Move the nozzle close to the object being flocked, and the fluff flies from the nozzle to the surface of the object being flocked under the action of the high-voltage electric field, planting vertically on the surface of the object coated with adhesive.

Application examples of flocking process:

The surface of various product substrates can be flocked and is not limited by the shape or size of the substrate. Such as: paper, cloth, non-woven fabric, artificial leather, plastic, glass, metal, rubber, wood, sponge, gypsum board, artificial board, blister sheet, foam, ceramics, resin, etc.

Characteristics of flocking: strong three-dimensional sense, bright colors, soft hand feel, luxurious and noble, gorgeous and warm, realistic image, non-toxic and tasteless, insulation and moisture resistance, no shedding, friction resistance, smooth and seamless.

The field of flocking industry is very broad, and representative industries include:

1. Crafts industry: toys of various styles and materials, crafts, photo frame backboards, gifts, craft calligraphy and painting, artificial flowers, craft plastic lanterns, etc.
