Safety operating procedures for flocking machines

Firstly, place the flocking machine in a well ventilated area, with no flammable or explosive materials around, a clean and dust-free ground, and a relatively dry place. Do not cover any objects on the flocking machine and maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation.

Secondly, it is strictly prohibited to expose the flocking machine to damage from rainwater, snow, and steam.

Thirdly, the distance between the electrostatic flocking equipment flocking machine and the operating construction site should be kept at least 2 meters. The fluff cleaning equipment places the fluff into the flocking nozzle and fastens the wire mesh cover.

Fourth, make a dedicated grounding wire to ensure good grounding, and fully connect the grounding column of the rear panel of the flocking machine to the grounding wire.

Fifth, prepare insulated gloves and insulated electrician boots for construction. Stepping on the foot switch and hearing the 'sizzling' sound of high-voltage discharge indicates that the machine is functioning properly. Put on insulated gloves and rubber boots to start the flocking work.

Sixth, insert the power plug into an AC 220V 50Hz power socket, and insert the foot switch plug into the foot switch socket, ensuring a secure connection. When flocking, adjusting the voltage can change the high and low output of the high voltage, and the voltage should be adjusted according to actual needs during operation.

Seventh, turn on the main power switch and observe if the power indicator light is on. If everything is normal, proceed to the next step.

Eighth, after stopping the flocking, the foot switch should be released first, and then the power switch should be turned off to cut off the power.
